Tradition with a twist, this classic whiskey cocktail is strong and slightly sweet. A great way to enjoy Dunville’s 1808.
50ml Dunville’s 1808 Blended Irish Whiskey
5ml Demerara sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Orange oils
Orange peel
Ice
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Top with orange oils and garnish with orange peel.

50ml Dunville’s Three Crowns Irish Whiskey
25ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
50ml premium soda water
Lemon wheel
Ice for shaking
Add Dunville’s Three Crowns Whiskey, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with two ice cubes.Shake hard until the ice cubes have dissolved.Pour into an ice filled highball glass.Top with premium soda water.Gently mix and garnish with a slice of lemon.

35ml Weavers Irish Dry Gin
15ml Creme De Peche
25ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
Ice for shaking
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, without ice, and shake hard. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain in to a coupe or martini glass. Spray with rose water and garnish with rose petals.
