About Cork Wines and Whiskeys

Cork started because we got tired of the same bottles on every shelf.
After 30 years in the wine and spirits industry, we knew there was something better out there, bottles from small producers, family wineries, and independent distilleries that never made it to the LCBO shelves. So in 2009, we set out to find them and bring them directly to you.
We source everything through tastings, personal introductions, and word of mouth. If it earns a spot in our portfolio, it’s because we genuinely believe in it, not because it was easy to get or cheap to move. Every producer we work with has a story worth telling. Some we have even helped get on the LCBO shelves!
When Covid hit, our delivery model turned out to be exactly what people needed. No lineups, no limited selection, just good bottles, shipped anywhere in Ontario, straight to your door.
We’re not the biggest. We don’t carry the brands you’ll find everywhere else. What we do carry is carefully chosen, honestly described, and backed by someone who has spent three decades learning what makes a bottle worth drinking.
