TASTING NOTES: Sweet grape must and a gentle sharpness rise on the nose, with delicate notes of parma violets. The palate unfolds with stewed apples, sweet pear, warming ginger, rich maple syrup, and a touch of balsamic vinegar. A long, lingering finish carries a delicate wisp of smoke.
