A refined Chardonnay crafted through direct pressing and gentle low-temperature fermentation, ensuring maximum protection from oxidation. Approximately 40% of the blend undergoes malolactic fermentation, lending subtle creaminess and balance.

Fresh and inviting from the first pour, Kiwi Cuvée 2024 opens with notes of dried fruit, toasted almond, and golden apricot, followed on the palate by pear, quince, and white peach layered with subtle vanilla and gently toasty oak. Crisp, balanced, and clean on the finish, it leaves a lingering almond-spice note that keeps you coming back. An easy drinking yet polished white wine that’s ideal for aperitif moments and light meals. Serve well chilled at 10°C alongside fresh crudités, delicate seafood, salads, or lightly grilled white fish.
