Crafted on the Isle of Raasay, this lightly peated single malt reflects the island’s rugged beauty, rich geology, and bold approach to distilling. Matured in ex Frazitta Marsala Vergine casks and bottled at 50.7% ABV, it captures the essence of Sicilian wine tradition fused with Raasay’s innovative spirit.

Sweet grape must and a gentle sharpness rise on the nose, with delicate notes of parma violets. The palate unfolds with stewed apples, sweet pear, warming ginger, rich maple syrup, and a touch of balsamic vinegar. A long, lingering finish carries a delicate wisp of smoke.
