Château Brande Bergère is located North of Saint-Emilion on a hill with gravelly soil on clayish subsoil. It is one of the highest points of the Bordeaux region, overlooking the Dronne valley for over 25 miles. The vineyard of Brande Bergère has been cultivated since the 18th century, and in the 19th century, it was given the designation of origin “North Saint Emilion".

A warm, late afternoon kind of wine, showing bright ruby colour and aromas of wild herbs, ripe cherries, and a hint of pepper. Smooth and approachable on the palate, it delivers juicy morello cherry and gentle spice through the finish. A classic, food-friendly Bordeaux that overdelivers for the price and is ready to enjoy now. Pair with herb roasted chicken, grilled sausages, or Mediterranean vegetable dishes.

TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby in the glass, this Brunello di Montalcino opens with ripe cherry and red plum, supported by fresh acidity, fine tannins, and subtle notes of spice and oak. Balanced and persistent, the wine is smooth yet structured, offering immediate pleasure while having the depth to age gracefully through 2035. A natural match for slow-cooked beef, lamb, mushroom dishes, or rich pasta sauces.

Matured in ex Frazitta Marsala Vergine casks and bottled at 50.7% ABV, it captures the essence of Sicilian wine tradition fused with Raasay’s innovative spirit.

Dunville’s 10 Year Old Palo Cortado Sherry Finish Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Bottled at 46 abv, and non chill-filtered, the whiskey is matured in first fill Bourbon casks for 8 years, before being re-casked into first fill Palo Cortado Sherry hogsheads for a further 2 to 3 years. The final whiskey will be 10 to 12 years old when selected for bottling.

TASTING NOTES: Light tropical notes, dried mango, apricots and stewed orchard fruits give way to toasted almonds, mocha coffee and banana bread. Then the Palo Cortado sherry casks make their quality known, with darker stone fruits, sultanas, figs and stewed plums, with a medium dryness and light hints of nutmeg and clove.

Dunville’s 3 Crowns Vintage Blend Irish Whiskey

Bottled at 43.5% abv, and non chill-filtered, Dunville’s Three Crowns Sherry Finish is a blend of malt and grain whiskeys matured separately in first fill Bourbon casks for 5 years, before being married together and re-casked into first fill Oloroso hogsheads for a further 1 to 2 years.
The final blend will have a 30% - 35% malt content, and will be 6 – 8 years old when selected for bottling. The Bourbon barrel brings notes of honey, vanilla, caramel, citrus fruits, green apples, stewed pears, apricot, pepper and clove. The Oloroso cask compliments these flavours and adds nougat, milk chocolate, mocha, candied walnuts, orange peal, dried fruits, cinnamon, and elevates the caramel to a gorgeous creamy butterscotch that gives both the signature flavour and luxurious mouthfeel to this exceptional Irish Whiskey.

Dunville’s 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Very Rare Whiskey - Aged Irish Malt Finished in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered to retain full flavor and true character. On the nose, apricots, grapefruit, and toasted almonds open up to fresh green cooking apples, before warming to apple tatin, lightly spiced calvados caramel creme, and a dark fruit compote.The finish is clean malt interspersed with vanilla panna cotta, dried tropical fruits, clove, oak spice, and a lingering of PX sherry.

TASTING NOTES: On the palate, freshly picked green apples, fruit sorbet, soft orchard fruit salad, then raisins, figs, and stewed dates from the PX sherry cask influence, and all while that base of sweet malt, light marzipan sponge cake, and that splendid candied orange grace note we have come to expect from Dunville’s releases.

Dunville’s 1808 Blended Irish Whiskey

The name '1808' pays homage to the year Dunville's Irish Whiskey was founded in Belfast, and from where it went on to become one of the world's most famous whiskeys. A wonderful blend of Malt, Grain, and Pot Still whiskeys.

On the nose an initial burst of sweet vanilla which leads to crisp orchard fruits apples and pears. Then lemon curd, leading to candied lemon peel over notes of clean malt. Slight hints of dry smoke linger and intertwine with the juicier fruit notes, carrying through to a finish of sweet spice.

TASTING NOTES: This whiskey offers a soft and creamy mouthfeel with buttery notes that blend seamlessly with ripened citrus and baked biscuit flavors. These elements come together in a burst of fresh lemon meringue, followed by a subtle hint of char and a touch of white pepper.
